Twelve Lines #218
And when they ask me, and they will, what changed, I will tell them it was trust…
Welcome to Poetry as a Warm-up. We continue to write a daily long-form post as 2025 goes on, but for ease of access, and to allow those people who want to read these pieces WITHOUT having to pile through the blog content, we’ll have the poems as a separate entity going forward. They will also reappear in various guises across the year ‘in different forms’.
The first one is now available to read via this link.
We’ll have a graphic change tomorrow. I have some stuff to do on Instagram, so it will be scheduled then. Before that, I can quietly wander around this new space. Tomorrow’s blog has a lot of actual content, which is nice. I’m going into a content-rich space and yes, that is absolutely the right word to use. When we get to July, it will be all about poetry and absolutely nothing else.
Until then, all practice is helpful.
