My head hurts…
Welcome to Poetry as a Warm-up. We continue to write a daily long-form post as 2025 goes on, but for ease of access, and to allow those people who want to read these pieces WITHOUT having to pile through the blog content, we’ll have the poems as a separate entity going forward. They will also reappear in various guises across the year ‘in different forms’.

to the man who told me ‘don’t all kids have ADHD?’ you are the problem and a wider symptom of a country in denial of itself and your ignorance is driven by a bias of superiority to everybody else this is not a picture of a caring narrative only a photograph of your dysfunction
